How do I reserve The Cardinal Lodge?

Click the "Book Now" button on this page to go directly to our secure reservation system. Select your dates, confirm your guest count, and complete payment to lock in your stay. You'll receive a confirmation email with check-in instructions and property details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date, you'll receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

How does the payment schedule work?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is charged automatically 7 days before your arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount is due at booking.

Is a security deposit required?

No security deposit is required. We trust our guests to treat The Cardinal Lodge with care. Any damages beyond normal wear are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is there an extra guest surcharge?

Accepted Answer

The base nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. For groups of 7 to 10, an additional $50 per night surcharge applies for each guest beyond 6. This is calculated automatically during the booking process.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our on-site caretakers use the time between stays to prepare the property, so everything is ready when you walk through the door.
