If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date, you'll receive a full 100% refund of all prepayments. Cancellations made after that 14-day window are non-refundable.

No. We do not require a security deposit for your stay at Rock River Vista.

What happens if we have more than 6 guests?

Our base rate covers up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. Just let us know your group size when booking so we can calculate your total accurately.

Are there discounts for longer stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a weekly rate of $3,000 and a monthly rate of $8,500. Both of which represent significant savings compared to our nightly pricing.

Question 5

When is the remaining balance due?

Accepted Answer

The second half of your total is due 7 days before your arrival date. We'll send a reminder so you don't have to worry about tracking it yourself.
